| Riverine was installed as
seven video monitors each playing a "piece" of stream. They were
submerged in river rocks in a river bed that flowed through the gallery.
Sound was an important element in this piece as the serenity of the
water contrasted with the typical fuzz associated with the television
monitor. As a viewer moved between monitors, the sound would audibly
mix from one location of the "stream" to the next. |
