by preston poe and doug flint

White Noise utilizes 41 spherical miniature speakers to reference multiplicity and conformity. 14 George W Bush speeches play simultaneously and in endless repetition. Layers of interpretation become visible and audible between the roaring throes of applause where there is a space for reflection. A sonic chandelier emitting not white light, but white noise. Recently showing at Kipp Gallery, Indiana University in Pennsylvania in the group show Adding Insult to Imagery.
